About Amazing RV Solutions

A mobile RV repair company built on the belief that you should be able to trust the person working on your rig.

Our commitment to you

Amazing RV Solutions is a mobile RV repair company based in Burnet, Texas, serving RV owners throughout the Highland Lakes, the greater Austin area, the Texas Hill Country, and San Antonio. We built this business around a single operating principle, and every decision we make runs through it.

We take care of every customer the way we would want someone to take care of our own family. Not as a marketing line — as the actual test we apply before recommending a repair, quoting a price, or walking away from a job.

That standard shows up in specific, checkable ways. When we diagnose a problem, we explain what failed and why, in language that makes sense whether or not you've ever opened an RV service manual. When a component still has useful life left, we say so instead of selling you a replacement. When a repair genuinely isn't worth what it would cost you, we tell you that too — even when being honest means we don't get the work. And when we quote a price, that's the price. No discoveries at the end, no line items you didn't approve.

Integrity is the whole business

The RV service industry has earned a difficult reputation, and we understand why — because we worked inside it. The same four complaints came up again and again: long wait times, unclear pricing, poor communication, and service locations that were nowhere near where the customer actually kept the RV. Owners waited weeks for an appointment, surrendered a rig for a month, received bills they could not decipher, and were told a whole system needed replacing when a twenty-dollar component had failed.

We exist because that is not how people should be treated, and it is not how we would want our own family treated. So we do the opposite. We come to you, which means your RV never leaves your possession. We diagnose before we quote, so you know what you're paying for. We get your approval in writing before any work begins. We show you the failed part when we replace it. And we finish the job, test it with you present, and make sure you understand what changed and what to watch for.

Trained to do it right

Good intentions are not a substitute for competence. Our technicians are NRVTA-trained — instruction completed at the National RV Training Academy in Athens, Texas — and RVTAA-registered, covering electrical, plumbing, LP gas, appliance, and RV systems. That training is why we can trace an intermittent 12-volt fault back to a corroded ground instead of replacing components until the symptom disappears, and why the repair holds after we drive away.

Behind that training sit nine years in the RV industry, much of them spent at dealerships near San Antonio. That experience shaped this company as much as any certification did: we know exactly which shortcuts get taken under a busy service manager, and we built our process specifically to avoid them.

We service travel trailers, fifth wheels, toy haulers, truck campers, and Class A, B, and C motorhomes. We work on weekend rigs and on the full-time homes of people who live in them year-round, and we understand that those two situations carry very different urgency.

Fully mobile, by design

Every one of our service calls happens where your RV already is. Your driveway, your storage lot, your campsite, an RV park, or the shoulder of Highway 281 when something goes wrong mid-trip. Our vans carry the diagnostic equipment, tools, and common replacement parts to resolve the majority of repairs in a single visit.

Being mobile is not just a convenience. It removes the single worst part of RV ownership — surrendering your rig to a shop queue and waiting without answers. You stay with your RV. You watch the work happen. You ask questions and get real answers.

What you can count on

  • Straight answers. We tell you what we find, including when the news is inconvenient for us.
  • Approved pricing. Nothing gets done that you haven't authorized at a price you've seen.
  • Respect for your time. We text when we're on our way and call the moment anything changes.
  • Work that lasts. We fix causes, not symptoms, and we stand behind what we install.
  • Your rig treated like ours. Clean hands, drop cloths, and the site left the way we found it.

If that's the kind of service you've been looking for, we'd be glad to earn your business.

Meet the Owner

Tyler Cluck

Tyler has spent nine years in the RV industry — the bulk of them inside the dealership service system he now competes with, at shops near San Antonio.

He saw how that system worked from the inside. Backlogs measured in weeks. Estimates that arrived without explanation. Customers who handed over a rig and then could not get a straight answer about when they would see it again. He did not conclude that the people in those shops were bad at their jobs. He concluded that the model itself was built around the shop's convenience rather than the customer's.

Amazing RV Solutions was founded to prove there was a better way to do it. Tyler trained at the National RV Training Academy in Athens, Texas, and holds RVTAA registration — formal instruction spanning electrical, plumbing, LP gas, appliance, and RV systems. Nine years in the industry taught him the mechanics of the work. The dealership years taught him what customers actually want, which is usually simpler than the industry assumes: tell me what is wrong, tell me what it will cost, and show up when you said you would.

He has a particular commitment to owners who are new to the lifestyle. A first RV comes with systems most people have never encountered, and the learning curve is steep enough without a technician talking down to you. Tyler takes the time to explain what failed and why, so that the next time something goes wrong you understand your own rig a little better than you did before.

Tyler and his wife Gianna live in Central Texas with their pets and travel whenever the schedule allows, usually toward water or mountains. Being RV owners themselves is not a marketing detail — it is the reason a failed air conditioner in August or a water leak two hundred miles from home registers here as urgent rather than routine.

"I will tell you what is actually wrong, even when the honest answer costs me the sale. I will quote it before I start. If a part still has life in it, I will say so. And if a repair is not worth what it would cost you, I will tell you that too. That is how I would want someone to treat my family — so it is how I treat yours."
