What Our Customers Say

Google Reviews 5.0 · 27 reviews
The Amazing RV Difference

We treat every customer the way we'd want our own family treated

That isn't a slogan we picked because it sounds good. It's the actual standard we hold every job to.

Before we recommend a repair, we ask ourselves a simple question: would we tell our own mother or brother to spend this money? If the answer is no, we don't recommend it. If a part still has life in it, we say so. If the honest answer is that a repair isn't worth what it would cost you, we'll tell you that too — even when it costs us the job.

  • Diagnose before we quote. You get a real explanation of what failed and why, not a guess and a parts bill.
  • No work without your approval. Every repair is quoted and authorized before a wrench turns.
  • We show you the old part. If we replaced it, you get to see why it needed replacing.
  • On time, or you hear from us. We text when we're on the way and call if anything changes.

Insurance & Warranty

You may not be paying for this yourself

A lot of RV owners pay out of pocket for repairs that were already covered, simply because nobody told them otherwise.

  • Insurance claims — including hail, storm, tree and collision damage to the roof, sidewalls and body
  • Most extended warranties and service contracts
  • Factory warranty work for select manufacturers

Tell us who covers you when you book. We’ll tell you before we come out how the claim is likely to be handled, and what — if anything — is likely to fall to you.

Worth checking before you pay

Roof and water damage is the clearest example. Storm and hail damage is very often an insurance claim rather than a repair bill, and a full roof replacement is a big enough job that the difference matters.

Extended warranty coverage varies a lot between providers and contracts, so we won’t promise your specific claim will be approved — but we will handle the paperwork side and tell you honestly where you stand.

Bring your policy or contract number to the appointment and it saves a round trip.

Broken down or can’t wait?

What to do when it can’t wait for the next slot

We’re a mobile RV service, not a 24-hour dispatch center — so here is exactly what happens, honestly, rather than a promise we can’t keep.

  • Stop first if it’s a safety issue. A smell of propane, burning insulation, smoke, or a hot electrical panel means everyone out of the RV and the gas off at the bottle before you call anyone.
  • Call during business hours and we will tell you honestly whether we can reach you today. If we can’t, we will say so rather than leave you waiting.
  • Outside hours, text or leave a voicemail with your location and what the RV is doing. It goes to the top of the list the moment the day starts.
  • A photo saves a trip. Send a picture of the part, the leak, the panel or the error code and there’s a good chance we arrive with the right component already on the van.

Free Tool

Not sure what's wrong? Find out in two minutes.

Our RV troubleshooter walks you through the same questions we would ask on the phone — and tells you honestly when it is something you can fix yourself.

It covers air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, holding tanks, refrigeration, slide-outs and water leaks. Where the fix is a dirty filter, a tripped GFCI, or a battery disconnect left off, it will say so and walk you through it. Where it needs a technician, it says that too — and tells you why.

  • Checks the cheap causes before the expensive ones
  • Flags the situations where you should stop immediately
  • Passes your answers straight into a booking, if you need one

Why we built it

A surprising share of the calls we take turn out to be something the owner could have resolved in ten minutes — a filter, a breaker, a valve left in the wrong position.

We could stay quiet about that and collect the service call. We would rather you had the answer, and called us for the things that genuinely need us.

Free, no email required, no gate.

However Suits You

Describe the problem in your own words

You don’t need to know the right terminology. “It smells like gas near the fridge” or “the slide makes a grinding noise halfway out” tells us plenty. Call, text a photo, or write it out — whichever is easiest where you’re standing.

  • Text a photo of the part, the leak, or the error code
  • Ask about pricing or whether we cover your area before you commit
  • Not sure it needs a technician? Run the troubleshooter first
  • Every message goes to the technician, not a call center

Straight to a real technician

Whatever you send — a message here, a text, or a voicemail — comes to Tyler. There is no call center and no ticket queue between you and the person who will actually be working on your RV.

Photos help. A picture of the part, the leak, or the error code often tells us what to bring before we set out.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

We come to you. Amazing RV Solutions is a fully mobile RV repair service — we work at your home, your storage lot, your campsite, an RV park, or the side of the road. You never have to hitch up and tow a broken rig across Central Texas.

Yes. We work with insurance claims and with most extended warranty and service contract providers, and we are an approved servicer for factory warranty work on select manufacturers. Tell us who you are covered by when you book and we will let you know before we come out how the claim is likely to be handled — including whether anything is likely to fall to you.

We cover Burnet and the Highland Lakes, the greater Austin metro, the Texas Hill Country, and San Antonio. That includes Marble Falls, Kingsland, Horseshoe Bay, Llano, Lampasas, Georgetown, Leander, Cedar Park, Liberty Hill, Round Rock, Hutto, Elgin, Bastrop, Fredericksburg, Kerrville, Boerne, Bandera, and San Antonio. If you're not sure whether you're in range, call us — we travel farther than most.

Our service call fee is $150, collected when you schedule. It covers travel to your location and a full diagnostic of the problem. Repair labor and parts are quoted separately, and we always get your approval before we start work.

Most calls are scheduled within one to three business days, and we hold openings for emergencies like a failed A/C in summer heat or an active water leak. Book online to see live availability.

Yes. Our technicians are NRVTA-trained and RVTAA-registered. That training covers electrical, plumbing, LP gas, appliances, and RV systems — and it's the reason we diagnose correctly the first time instead of replacing parts until something works.

We service travel trailers, fifth wheels, Class A, Class B, and Class C motorhomes, toy haulers, and truck campers. Both weekend rigs and full-time homes.

Ready to get your RV back in service?
